Where to you find the disclosure templates? Nothing on the NAS or Network Autism websites and your helpline don't know either.

Hi Richard, I have been in touch with the employment training team and they apologise for it not being on the website at this point, they are working on it being on the NAS website ASAP - in the meantime if you email them on employment.bookings@nas.org.uk they will send you a copy.
