Specialist law service for autistic clients

Volunteer students from Nottingham Law School's Legal Advice Centre are developing a specialist autism law service (ALS) for autistic clients, reports Solicitors Journal. The project has three main aims: to make premises more accessible, to develop specialist legal provision and to contribute to policy about access to justice for autistic people. The article also mentions the Romford Autism Hub Legal Advice Clinic, a similar project, and highlights several law firms working to meet the needs of autistic clients and their families.
