I am currently looking for a good text to speech app for the ipad that will allow a non verbal child, reading at P8/L1C, to communicate his wants and needs. We would also like to customise buttons with downloaded images and text for topics and books used in class so he can access lessons using the ipad instead of pecs symbols.  If anyone knows of any I would be please post.
