Hi all;

I'm a teacher in an SEN school, this year I have been given time out of class to think about how to best support the mental health of pupils with autism in special schools.

I thought that it would be helpful to share what I have achieved with other professionals. I have been writing about my research and suggestions on a blog called Being Well Autistic.

The web address is www.beingwellautistic.wordpress.com

I really hope that it is helpful who see a lot of stress and anxiety amongst their learners, the aim is to try to reduce this level in order to better prepare our learners for future health and happiness.

Regards;

Hi Nic

Thank you for sharing your blog, some really useful advice and good practice that you’re passing on! Just to let you know I amended the hyperlink on your post as it didn’t work.

We have 2 education groups that I'm going to share your post with as I think the members would be really interested in what you're doing:

Education Professionals in Primary Schools

Education Professionals in Secondary Schools

You might also want to join these groups too.

Thanks again for sharing that with us.

All the best,

Chris
